DONNA DOUGHERTY brings a seasoned family law litigation practice to Hottell Malinowski Group with experience in the courts of City of Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun Counties Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. Ms. Dougherty has successfully represented clients in difficult custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution cases. She is involved in all aspects of the firm’s litigation and agreements negotiation practice. Ms. Dougherty obtained her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. She served as treasurer for the Young Lawyers Section of the Fairfax Bar and resides in Bristow, Virginia with her husband and daughter. dougherty@hottell.com
