CYNTHIA RADOMSKY has successfully litigated many family law cases including a complex equitable distribution trial in which her legal brief on tracing of separate assets was adopted by the Fairfax Circuit Court. She has litigated other cases in Fairfax Circuit Court and Fairfax Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court involving custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution of marital assets. Ms. Radomsky obtained her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law where she was a finalist in the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court Competition and a regional semi-finalist in the National Moot Court Competition. She currently serves on the Fairfax Bar’s Continuing Legal Education Committee and resides in Falls Church, Virginia. radomsky@hottell.com
