CHRISTOPHER MALINOWSKI is a co-author of the Virginia Continuing Legal Education's Negotiating and Drafting Marital Agreements Handbook and has lectured on the topic and on other subjects such as custody, expert witnesses and paralegal training at various CLE seminars throughout Virginia. He serves on the Fairfax Bar's Pro Bono Committee, and is the pro bono referral coordinator for the Virginia AAML Partnership with the Family Legal Assistant Project. He has successfully tried numerous equitable distribution, custody, spousal and child support cases and prepared a variety of marital agreements, complex government, military and private sector pension orders. He was an assistant editor of the law review at Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he graduated cum laude.
